Maintain and manage all project documentation

Point of contact for clients, subcontractors (crane, concrete, electrical etc.), engineers, vendors and landowners.

Optimization of internal processes and workflow

Manage corporate calendar to maximize efficiency of manpower and assets

Obtain necessary permits and ensure current certifications

Field and shop work as needed to support primary duties

Clear, concise, organized and professional communication with all stakeholders

Anticipate implications of, and prepare contingency plans for, changes in weather and/or scope of work

Define and prioritize tasks, collect and organize data, establish facts and solve problems

Safe operation of an ATV, snowmobile and pickup truck pulling a trailer

Valid drivers license with a clean driving abstract

Experience with hand tools and common construction tools (ie. generator, winch)
